We work closely with our suppliers, whose products will inform both our provision shelves and our kitchen, putting seasonal British produce at the fore.

Together with farmers, growers and small-batch producers, we aim to showcase the abundance that our location, a stone’s throw from the border of England and Wales, has to offer.
