Commis Chef
We’re looking for an ambitious chef to join our team, working closely alongside chef patron Frederick Page. With just one chef in our small, open kitchen, this is a great opportunity for someone who has experience as a commis chef, or who’s recently graduated from culinary school.
We’re looking for somebody who :
has a positive, can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn in a hands-on environment
can support, prep and assist the head chef during service
has a natural passion about quality, seasonal ingredients from small scale producers
is well organised & keen to take ownership of a role offering growing responsibility within a small team. In due course, and with appropriate guidance, you’ll help plan the menus, order produce and run service.
This new role is a long term position (c.36 hours/week (Wednesday - Sunday). We’re a happy bunch who love to laugh, and dedicated to creating an environment that gets the best out of everyone. We offer competitive salaries and tasty benefits on top.

Restaurant Assistants
We’re always on the look out for enthusiastic all-rounders to join as restaurant assistants. Hospitality experience preferred.
Tasks include:
Welcoming guests
Serving dishes and clearing tables
Simple food prep, guided by our chef
Making coffee (training provided, basic knowledge preferable)
Dishwashing, both during and after service. Post is a small space with an open kitchen, so tidiness is an absolute must!
Assisting with clean-down after service
Wednesday - Sunday. Full time / Part time roles available. Day / Evening shifts (until 11pm) available
Wage : dependent on experience
You will receive:
